Our Services
Three services, each
designed for a specific
business need
We focus on areas where AI is currently adding clear, measurable value for Malaysian organisations โ not on offering a broad menu of possibilities.
Back to HomeHow We Work
Our approach across all engagements
Each service follows a consistent four-stage process, adapted to the specifics of the service type and your organisation's situation.
Discovery
We listen carefully to your situation, review relevant data and documents, and develop a clear picture of where AI can add genuine value and where it cannot.
Design
We develop the approach: the models, data flows, content, or architecture appropriate to the engagement. We share our reasoning as we go, not just the outputs.
Delivery
We implement, present, or train โ depending on the service. Progress is visible throughout, and your team is involved rather than waiting for a finished product.
Review
We close every engagement with a debrief session, complete documentation, and a review of outcomes against the success criteria we established at the start.
Service 01
AI for Procurement Optimisation
Most procurement teams are sitting on a significant volume of data โ purchase orders, invoices, contract records, supplier correspondence โ that is not being used to inform decisions. AI can change this, but only if it is integrated thoughtfully into the systems and processes your team already uses.
This service covers the full journey from data integration through to a working AI-assisted dashboard and trained procurement team. We work alongside CPOs and procurement managers to identify where AI adds value in your specific data environment, build the models and tools, and make sure your people know how to use them effectively.

We examine what procurement data you have, how it is stored, and what is accessible for analysis.
-
2
Integration and model build
We connect data sources and develop the spend analysis and supplier scoring models.
-
3
Dashboard and testing
We build and test the dashboard with your team to make sure it reflects real procurement decision needs.
-
4

We train your procurement team and hand over full documentation.
Service 02
AI Literacy for Board Members
Boards in Malaysia are increasingly expected to engage meaningfully with AI โ not as technology enthusiasts, but as governance bodies that can ask the right questions, understand the material risks, and set appropriate boundaries for management's AI activities.
This program is designed for non-executive directors who want a clear, honest understanding of what AI can do, what the governance responsibilities are, and how to evaluate what management is telling them about AI investments and risks. It is not a technical course โ it is a governance-focused orientation delivered in two 90-minute sessions that fit around your board calendar.

What board members typically say after the program
"I now understand what questions I should be asking management when they bring AI proposals to the board, rather than simply accepting what is presented."
"The program gave me a grounded sense of where the real risks are โ and where the concern is often overstated."
"Our board was able to agree on an AI risk appetite statement within a week of completing the program."
Service 03
Multimodal AI Application Design
Most AI applications are built to process one type of data โ text, or images, or structured records. Multimodal AI applications combine these: processing a photograph of a damaged component alongside a written incident report, for example, or extracting information from scanned documents and matching it against structured database records.
This consulting service is for organisations exploring AI applications of this kind. We help you identify where multimodal AI creates genuine value, design the architecture, select appropriate models for each data type, and plan the integration with your existing systems and user workflows. The engagement concludes with a technical specification document your team can take directly to a development partner.

Professional Standards
Shared standards across all services
Data Security & Privacy
All data handling follows PDPA 2010 requirements. We use only what is necessary and do not retain client data beyond the engagement period.

Every engagement begins with a written scope, timeline, and fixed price that both parties agree to before work starts.
Vendor-Neutral Advice
We have no commercial relationships with AI vendors. Our recommendations are based entirely on your situation and requirements.
Regular Communication
We maintain consistent progress updates and respond to questions within one working day during active engagements.
Full Documentation
Every engagement closes with complete documentation so your team can maintain, adapt, and build on the work independently.
